This is how we make like work as we kick off summer! We know that if our head is a mess then the rest of our lives get even more chaotic.  So, how do we make the most of the days and soak up the good of our summer months?  Yes,  the honeymoon phase of summer break will end, but here we give our tips to help you keep some order in your home. 

 

3 tips to prepare you 

1. Make your bed!  This helps to center you and dictates flow of your day. We give our top strategies to make it your own oasis 
2. Get your kitchen in order!  This is the heart of the home and how you begin and end your day.  WE share how to minimize efforts but  maximize your mental space. 
3. Establish a flow of family efforts! This is how we set our days up for success to keep head space in order.  Let us help you with some simple tips to make it a family effort so it’s not all on you.
